Cindy has earned a master's degree in education as well as a master's degree in counseling. Cindy previously served for twenty years as a public school teacher, working with children ages three through seventeen. During her career as a public educator, Cindy served in six districts across the state of Texas and was nominated for Teacher of the Year at her school in Fort Bend County.

After a satisfying career as a public educator, Cindy returned to her original passion, with a goal of serving and supporting others as a mental health professional.

Along with above, Cindy has successfully raised four children and has been married for over forty years.
